- Any estimate is a non-binding budget range based only on the information you submit.

- Final pricing is provided only in a written quoteafter we verify measurements and review site conditions.
- Site conditions may include (but are not limited to) tear-out needs, subfloor condition/repairs, stairs, transitions, trim, furniture moving, material selection, waste factors, and applicable taxes/fees.
- You will not rely on an online estimate as a final price.
